What are your daily rates?

Our rate for bounce houses is $100 cash at pickup.  This is for any of the module houses with any of the available theme banners.  Rates for the concession equipments is listed on the reservations page.

How long do you get the bounce house for?

Our rentals are typically for a day (pickup in morning, return in the evening), but we can cater to your specific needs. We also offer discounted 2 day rentals.

Why don't you deliver?  You've delivered before.

We are a small family run business and had to make the decision to eliminate deliveries so we could have a good balance between work and family life.

Do you have wet units?  What about the Dragon Castle?

When we made the decision to stop doing deliveries, we had to sell our larger units.  The Dragon Castle weighed 550 pounds and was simply impractical for non-experienced operators to deliver and setup.  Likewise, we had to remove our water units from our stock.  We carry 13x13 themed bounce houses.  you can see the whole list on the reservation page.

How do you handle inclement weather?

Bounce houses are not safe to use in the rain because they get very slippery.  If we have to cancel for weather, there is of course no charge.  If you pick up the unit when the weather is clear and it later rains, then there is no refund.

What should we do if it starts raining?

You should get all of the children safely out of the bounce house and LEAVE the blower on during the rain. If the rain stops, you should wipe down the interior of the bounce house with towels to dry and then allow the children to enter the unit.

Are your bounce houses clean?

All of our bounce houses are were purchased in the Fall of 2005, and are cleaned after every use. We wouldn't want our kids in a messy bounce house and neither would you.

Where can the bounce house be set up?

It can be set up on grass, concrete or dirt. Many home owners with small yards don't realize that they can set up behind or in front of their garage. All units will fit in a standard double driveway. This is assuming that there isn't a steep incline. The units must be set up on a fairly flat surface, but a slight incline is OK. The area must be free of anything that might puncture or rip the unit such as above ground tree roots, rocks, etc.

Will you provide an attendant to monitor the bounce house?

We no longer have the capacity to offer attended units.

Who sets up the bounce house?

We will walk you through setting up the bounce house when you pick the unit up.  It weighs about 175 pounds and is easy enough for a couple adults to handle or one stronger person.

What are your methods of payment?

We accept cash only.

Do you require a deposit?

No. We know that you are counting on us, so we count on you.  If you have a reservation and do not cancel 24 hours in advance, you are liable for a $25 "No Show" penalty.

When do you take payment?

We take payment when you are picking up the unit.
